* Unless otherwise noted, dosages are listed as total per day, suggest take a portion of daily dose before two or three meals of the day.
* Where a dosage range is given, for example, Bio-Glycozyme (2 – 8), smaller doses are indicated for smaller framed persons or those with sensitive constitutions, while larger doses are for larger individuals, or for more severe conditions.

Avoid the Following:

· Sugar and refined grains: Raise blood sugar and stress the adrenal glands, feed yeast, increases dysbiosis and cause a myriad of serious health problems.
· Chemical additives: The average American consumes ten pounds of food additives each year. This stresses the liver and the immune system.
· Hydrogenated oils and fried foods: Hydrogenated oils promote inflammation and cardiovascular disease, while decreasing immunity and hormonal health. Nerves and brain function are also affected.
· Repetitious eating: The foods that one becomes sensitive to are usually those eaten on a daily basis. A simple rotation diet minimizes stress to the immune system from hidden allergies. Try eliminating common allergens such as wheat and other grains, dairy, corn, soy, citrus fruits, chocolate, coffee, and soda.
· Processed and packaged foods: These foods are devoid of real nutrition. Processed and packaged foods create nutritional deficiencies, diminishing one’s health and vitality.

Basic Rules about Eating and Lifestyle:

· Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of pure water every day: You need water to eliminate toxins.
· Most of the food you consume (more than 50% by volume) should be vegetables: Vegetables are high in antioxidants, trace minerals, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients.
· Eat a variety of foods with a balance among fat, carbohydrate, and protein.
· Eat organic whole foods where possible.
· Exercise (according to your doctor’s suggestions).

NutriClear 9 Day Plus Cleansing Program

This recommendation is not meant as a diagnosis or to replace the advice of your health care practitioner, rather it is supportive in helping you return to health and vitality.

NutriClear or NutriClear-S; mix as per instructions: If you feel additional calories are needed, include 2 heaping teaspoons GamOctaPro. It is also a good idea to include into the mixture Flax Seed Oil or other essential oils you may require. Some people include fiber, or ground flax seeds with good results.

Insure the beverage you use is high quality, low in sugar and nonallergenic. May use water or fruit juice mixed with water, consider also using soymilk, almond milk, oat milk, or rice milk. Do not use cow’s milk or citrus juice as your beverage of choice due to high allergic nature of these products.

May alternately mix NutriClear in a blender with water, crushed ice and fresh fruit or frozen fruit to taste.

I. Introduction Phase (5 days): NutriClear and light fare meals.
Use two servings daily for three days as a meal replacement. After three days, increase NutriClear servings by one per day until reaching 5 servings daily. Meals not replaced by NutriClear during this phase should be nonallergenic, and include plenty of lightly steamed vegetables, leafy greens, and clear soups. Foods to avoid include: All dairy except butter, all grains except brown rice, all processed and packaged foods, alcohol, over-the-counter anti-inflammatory and pain medications.

II. Plateau Phase (1 to 6 days): NutriClear and clear liquids.
Continue with NutriClear 5 times per day and clear liquid fast. Include properly prepared broth soups slow cooked, and made from chicken, fish or beef bones.

III. Reentry Phase (3 days): NutriClear and light fare meals.
Decrease from five servings by one every 2 days.

IV. Upon completion: Recommend continuing 1 or 2 servings per day as needed for long-term support of chronic inflammation and clinical detoxification.
