Hypochlorhydria
Supplemental Support: Digestive difficulties are rampant in America. After the age of
30 many Americans experience digestive difficulties due to the SAD (Standard
American Diet) consumed by most. It is not conducive to a healthy system,
body or digestion. You probably need to change your diet and increase
raw vegetable consumption w/ meals. Give your body a break, see food
combining. DOCTOR’S A-Z food supplementation: Digestive health (1+ w/ each meal), n-zymes (2+ w/ each meal), Balance B 100 ( 1 TID), Zinc high absorption (1 TID) Or BIOTIC’S food supplementation: Hydro-Zyme* (6
– 15 ) take mid-meal (consider switching to Betaine Plus HP or
HCl-Plus, if stronger HCL is needed) * Begin with 2 Hydro-Zymes per meal and increase by 1 tablet daily
until a warmth or burning sensation is reached. Back down by 1 tablet
and continue at maximum tolerated dose. If taking in excess of 6 Hydro-Zymes,
consider stronger product. Avoid the Following: DO NOT DRINK WATER OR ANY BEVERAGES WITH YOUR MEALS. This makes
digestion all the more difficult. Avoid excess Proteins and fried oily
foods because of the diffuculty in digesting these even for a healthy
person. · Sugar and refined grains: Raise blood sugar and stress the adrenal
glands, feed yeast, increases dysbiosis and cause a myriad of serious
