Kidneys and Bladder Health

Recommended supplementation and lifestyle changes (not meant as a diagnosis or to replace the advice of a health care practitioner):

DOCTOR’S A-Z food supplementation: Kidney Health (1BID), Noni liquid ((2 TBSP + w/ H2O on empty stomach TID), Flax oil Liquid (1TBSP w/ meals TID), Immune Health (1 BID) (note preventing infection is important and may add Cranberry advanced (1+ TID) &/or CranMax (1 BID)

Or BIOTIC’S food supplementation: 2 Renal Plus (3x each day)
2 Flax Seed Oil (3x each day)

If kidney stones are an issue, add the following:
2 B6 Phosphate (3x each day)
2 Mg-Zyme (3x each day)

If repeated urinary tract infections are an issue, add the following:
2 drops Bio-Ae-Mulsion (3x each day for one week only)
1 Bio-C Plus (3x each day)
1 teaspoon IAG (3x each day) Dissolved in liquid
2 ADP (With meals for 2 weeks)

· Avoid caffeine, alcohol and other liquids that act as diuretics: These stress the kidney.
· A diet that is high in antioxidants will help protect the urinary tract. Foods like green leafy vegetables are high in antioxidants.
· Adequate vitamin A in the diet will help protect the mucus membranes. Vitamin A can be found in organ meats and in yellow vegetables. Vitamin A is also good for support of the immune system.
· Get adequate essential fatty acids and strictly avoid hydrogenated oils: Avoiding hydrogenated oils will help to ensure health of the cell membranes.
· Avoid chemical additives in commercially prepared foods: Some additives and food colorings have been shown to damage kidneys in animal studies. Consuming chemicals make the body work to eliminate them.
· Pineapple and cranberry juice are high in mannose which prevents invading bacteria from binding to the membranes of the urinary tract.

Additional recommendations (your doctor may want to individualize the lifestyle and nutrient recommendations for you):
