and zinc, both of which are important for good prostate health.
· Test for and avoid food allergens using the Cocoa Pulse Test.
· Drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of pure water each day.

Additional recommendations (your doctor may want to individualize the
nutrient and lifestyle recommendations for you):
Always check to see if you have some problem with the prostate or other
male health issue. In dealing with the prostate, there are two issues.
One is to rule out cancer or other pathology, which can be accomplished
with laboratory tests and physical examination. The second is to treat
the problem naturally if there is no pathology.
Benign prostatic hypertrophy is an enlargement of the prostate, causing
it to exert pressure on the urethra. Resulting symptoms include interruption
of urinary flow, a feeling of incomplete evacuation after urinating,
a feeling of urgency before urinating, pain, burning, and even impotence.
Impotence can be caused by a number of factors including drug therapy,
circulatory problems or nutrient deficiency. Low sperm counts can be
the result of nutrient deficiency or other problems. If you truly want to be an animal and an athlete in the bedroom
you need to be in good physical condition. This is done through a healthy
nutritious diet and through plenty exercise. If you can’t exercise
effectively than don’t be surprised if you performance is slightly
sluggish. Exercise itself raises the bodies testosterone level. Along
with other performance enhancing endorphins.
